Data Deletion Instructions

MedAI is a WhatsApp-based messaging and virtual intake assistant operated by RXM Group / RioX Marketing.
This page explains how users can request deletion of data associated with their use of MedAI.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please email us at:

Data Deletion Request
Please include the following information so we can locate your records:
- Your full name
- The WhatsApp phone number you used to contact MedAI
- The business or clinic you contacted, if applicable
- A brief note stating that you want your data deleted
What Data May Be Deleted
Depending on your interaction with MedAI, deletion may include:
- WhatsApp conversation records
- Message content
- Phone number associated with the conversation
- Intake information voluntarily provided by you
- Internal conversation notes or routing information
Processing Time
We will review and process valid deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
In most cases, we will make reasonable efforts to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Exceptions
Some information may be retained when necessary for:
- Legal or regulatory obligations
- Security and fraud prevention
- Business records
- Dispute resolution
- Compliance with applicable laws
- Backup or archival systems where immediate deletion is not technically practical
If certain information cannot be deleted immediately or must be retained, we will limit its use to the purpose for which retention is required.
Third-Party Platforms
MedAI uses WhatsApp Business Platform services provided by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own privacy policies and data deletion procedures.
To manage or delete data stored directly by WhatsApp or Meta, please refer to your WhatsApp account settings and Meta’s privacy tools.
