The service may be used for:

MedAI may use automation and artificial intelligence to generate or assist with responses.
2. No Medical Advice
MedAI does not provide medical, dental, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Any information provided through MedAI is for general communication and intake purposes only.
If MedAI is used by a healthcare-related business or clinic, responses are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not rely on MedAI for diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medical decisions, emergency care, or urgent health concerns.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or seek immediate medical care.
3. No Emergency Use
MedAI is not an emergency service.
Do not use WhatsApp or MedAI to report emergencies, urgent medical symptoms, threats to safety, or time-sensitive situations.
Messages may not be monitored continuously and responses may be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or incomplete.
4. User Responsibilities
By using MedAI, you agree to:
– Provide accurate information when communicating with the service
– Not impersonate another person
– Not submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
– Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service
– Not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
You are responsible for the information you choose to send through WhatsApp.
5. WhatsApp and Third-Party Services
MedAI operates using the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.
Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
MedAI may also rely on third-party technology providers for hosting, database storage, artificial intelligence processing, message delivery, and other operational needs.
We are not responsible for outages, delays, errors, policy changes, or data practices of third-party platforms.
6. Automated and AI-Generated Responses
MedAI may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to assist with responses.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or inappropriate for your specific situation.
Businesses or clinics using MedAI are responsible for reviewing, managing, and following up on communications as needed.
MedAI does not guarantee that every message will be answered correctly or immediately.
7. Appointment and Scheduling Information
MedAI may help collect information related to appointment requests, such as name, contact information, preferred time, and reason for the visit.
Unless explicitly confirmed by the business or clinic, no appointment is guaranteed or finalized through MedAI.
Any appointment availability, pricing, services, insurance acceptance, or business details should be confirmed directly by the business or clinic.
8. Fees and Payments
MedAI does not collect payments directly from end users through WhatsApp unless specifically stated by the business or clinic using the service.
Any fees, charges, deposits, or payment terms are determined by the applicable business or clinic.
MedAI is not responsible for billing disputes between users and the business or clinic they contact.
9. Privacy

By using MedAI, you agree that information may be collected, used, and processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, workflows, systems, branding, content, and materials related to MedAI are owned by RXM Group / RioX Marketing or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the service without written permission.
11. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue MedAI at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the service.
Service availability may be affected by third-party platforms, internet connectivity, WhatsApp, Meta, hosting providers, or other technical issues.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
MedAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RXM Group / RioX Marketing, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of MedAI.

– Incorrect or incomplete responses
– Missed appointments
– Technical failures
– Third-party service outages
– Unauthorized access
– User-submitted information
– Reliance on automated or AI-generated responses
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RXM Group / RioX Marketing, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of MedAI, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the service.
15. Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to MedAI at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the service, created risk, or engaged in unlawful or harmful behavior.
